In order for White to win, he needs to capture somehow Black's Bishop. Because the Bishops are opposite colours, it's impossible to trade off to a K+R vs K+N ending. Rook vs. Knight is a win for the side with the Rook in most positions, with a few positions which the side with the Knight can draw. Rook vs. Bishop is a theoretical draw, unless the side with the Bishop falls into some theoretical positions which the Rook is able to squeeze the win, and with the use of tablebases, it's most likely that the side with the Bishop will draw.
