No, they do it incorrectly according to the rules of chess - simply read the
quote of the "laws of chess" in my original post .

You forgot to add "than you" ; LOL - please - every human can adapt to changed
rules ; this doesn't make them unchanged though - and I would prefer if
chessprograms simply politely followed them - it is a _little_ rule , agreed -
but I can't understand _why_ this should be implemented _not_ following the
rules ?!
