But more likely you mean the computer championship, Nc3 :-) It has been decided that it will be on again this year, and it looks like being Canberra in late July, as usual. Last i heard, an email had been sent out to likely entrants. The format had not been decided yet. If you have suggestions, or would like to enter, or just want to get more details, it is probably best to email Shaun.Press@cs.anu.edu.au who is probably organising it again this year.
