I think that deciding that tiger cannot be an SMP-capable program without
testing it is unfair.

It is possible that they already worked on an SMP version in the last monthes
and needed only few days to get it ready to play.

It is also possible that tiger can earn something from more than one processor
but not the same as Fritz and Junior and I guess that it is the case.
