Do you think that they have less than it or more than it?

If kramnik does not insist not to get the program then it is clear that he
believes that chess programs have at least ELO 2700 otherwise he could get more
respect from winning the match at fair conditions without getting the program.

The only reason for kramnik to agree to accept the program before the match is
if he believes that the program has good chances to win in fair conditions and I
do not believe in it if he believes that the rating of the program is less than
2700.
