Did I miss the cortrect install? >Fernando Hi Fernando, To get EXchess to work with winboard, you need to specify the "xb" command line option.... like winboard /cp /fcp "c:\path\EXchess.exe xb" If you drop the "xb" command line option or if you place it after the "hash" command line option, EXchess won't know it should be in winboard mode. Another factor is that I've only tested EXchess with the latest version of Winboard (3.6.2). The Queen-Rook disappearing is interesting.... if this still happens, could you run winboard with the /debug option and mail me the winboard.debug file? The opening book should be in the working directory to be accessed by EXchess. Either you need to run winboard from the directory where EXchess and all its support files are located or you need to have copies of those files in the Winboard directory.
