I don't assume 30% first.  I think the chance of winning or losing with white
is only slightly favoring winning when two computers play.  And if the book
author has taken time with black positions, it might be equal.  I saw 5 games
between Crafty and Gambit Tiger on ICC one night over the weekend.  Crafty won
3, GT won 2.  _all_ the won games were won by black.

less than 50% doesn't mean it will never happen.  It guarantees that it _will_
happen at some time.
