It all depends if Fritz 7 play evenly up to the endgames then I would have to favor the Program due to its perfect database and the possibility of the champ running out of time, which could increase the human blunder factor. Another main advantage of the program is that it doesn't give up its hope, even if it is losing whereas, the Champ might become overconfident by relaxing a little and miss some tactical shot.
