If that is still in the contract, that is an incredibly decisive edge for the
GM.  However, I doubt if he will have the same hardware.  If the opening book is
changed, it may also radically alter the behavior of the program as could other
internal settings (even without changing the program).

But I tend to agree with you, if he gets to fool with the program for three
months in advance, that will really be a monster test for the program.
