Subject: Shredder 5 under Fritz GUI

After Roland Pfister's superb effort to provide the adapter for Shredder to
operate under the Fritz GUI, I have decided to try it out.  I played three
matches between Shredder 5 and a. Deep Fritz; b. Crafty 18.08 and c. Gambit
Tiger 2.0.   Shredder did exceptionally well, bearing in mind the fact that it
ran through a software contraption that could actually weaken it.

The conditions:  game in 3 (sudden death),  16MB hash, self made book (unified),
1Ghz Athlon, 256MB RAM, Win 2000

The scores:

Shredder 5 vs Deep Fritz 8-16
Shredder 5 vs Crafty 1.08 16-8
Shredder 5 vs Gambit Tiger 2.0  13-11
