I dont comment on very few things on this sight but this one makes me laugh. Kramik with out a doubt will polish off fritz. I can't believe that someone mentioned in response to this initial message that if fritz stayed even with kramnik till the end game then it should beat him in the endgame with its perfect table base. Come On!!!!!!!! Do you think a computer can out play kramnik in the end game----that is a shear joke.(Horizon Effect is a real problem in the ending for a computer) As far as positional and long range planning in the endgame there probably has never been a stronger player than kramnik. Im not saying that the match will be easy but kramnik will win convincingly. Thats my vote. P.S. By the way he will have an exact copy of Deep fritz 3 months prior no ifs ands or buts. It was part of the contract.
