This is due crafty's scoring mode. The winboard adapter assumes the score
given is always from the computers view. I think most winboard engines
return there score this way, also crafty used to do this. I vagely remember
some messages saying this has changed in crafty.
I may add an option in a future update of the winboard adapter.
