I'm still wondering why Bertil found it necessary to prefix the expression 'impartial experts' with the words 'so called'. Doesn't 'so called' negate the word that follows it in convential usage? Was Bertil actually implying 'partial experts', or 'partial expert' since he presumably didn't refer to himself? And Bertil seems in favour of Tiger participation as well. Bertil? Is it impertinent of me to ask for a clarification?
