Subject: about positions that no computer program solve in a reasonable time

Author: blass uri

1)The relevant position is
r4rk1/2p3pp/p7/1p1pq3/8/2P3N2/PPQ2KPP/R1B6 white to move
all computers I know play Kg1 and lose after Rxf3 g2xf3 Qe1+ kg2
Re8 Kh3 Re5(the threat is Qg1 Qg2 Rh5+ Kg3 Qe1+)
my opponent in correspondence chess
did the same mistake
the game was 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Ba4 Nf6 5.0-0 Nxe4
6.d4 b5 7.Bb3 d5 8.d4xe5 Be6 9.c3 Bc5 10.Nbd2 0-0 11.Bc2
Bf5 12.Nb3 Nxf2 13.Rxf2 Bxf2+ 14.Kxf2 Bxc2 15.Qxc2 f6
16.Nbd4(is this a new move?) f6xe5 17.Nxc6 Qd6 18.Nxe5 Qxe5
19.Kg1 Rxf3 20.gxf3 Qe1+ 21.Kg2 Re8 22.Kh3 Re5
23.Bf4(the best move) Rh5+
from move 11 I used Junior4.6 and it suggested all the moves
(some after some hours)
Junior4.6 can find Qd3 instead of Kg1 but only after some hours.
2)in the position 7k/5Q2/K7/8/8/8/8/7r black to move
all computers without
cd rom of ending fail to find it is a draw after Ra1+
