Correct. This is consistent with previous posts and with other people's reports.

I didn't understand Hyatt's reply either. If Keene said yes (as reported by Ed)
then it is difficult to see what then stopped it. Keene must have known the
state of the contracts, and can hardly go making such statements in the face of
contract obligations to the contrary. You have to assume, therefore, that a
late(ish) Tiger entry was acceptable and not voiding of any other contracts, if
indeed other contracts were in place at that time.
