I have both Century 3 and Hiarcs 7.32 (as well as Fritz 5 and CM 6000), and
Hiarcs 7.32 has the best positional sense of any of them.  Its endgame
evaluations are generally weak, but it is very trustworthy in analysis of
middlegames.
