I think that if a program will make or avoid a BN v RP trade because of the base
piece values, it must not have very going on in the way of positional weights.

My "base" piece values are basically 1/3/3/5/9, or something close to that (I
don't want to dig through my source now), but I've diddled with the piece-square
tables and various positional bonuses so much that it doesn't usually make a
downright idiotic trade.
