Subject: Running Crafty in CM8000. How?

Which Crafty18.9 file/s do I need to download and from where? Then if I wish to
run Crafty with 16mb hash, ponder off and using CM8000 opening book, what do I
need to do? I would really appreciate it if somebody could help me out.
