Hi Allan, strange I didn'd find anything about that on the Web. Do you have more data? When something *really* excitig shows up on (popular?) TV programs, it's usually not breaking news any more. But very often it's just hype (to say the least...) "genuine learning"... As far as I know, learning has been implemented in computers in many ways already, for special purposes. Referring to HAL however suggests a computer being able to reason like a human. Thanks, Gorgon
