There are two "Tiger books", that's why this is a little confusing at first. :)

1) The tiger.ctg which comes with the Chessbase version. You activate it like
any other book in the CB GUI.
2) The ct.bk which comes with the Rebel Tiger version. You activate it by
performing the following steps:
 a) Copy the ct.bk in your Chessbase engine folder.
 b) Unload any Chessbase book (.ctg) by right-clicking in the book window
    and choosing "Close book"
 c) Go to "engine parameters" and check the "use Tiger book" option.

You will notice the ct.bk is active if Tiger moves instantly at the start of a
new game, showing "+0.00/1" as score/depth [if "show score" is ticked under
"Options" only, of course] (if it does not move instantly, you did not check the
"use Tiger book" option; if it moves instantly but without a score/depth
display, you still have the .ctg book active).
