Hi Tim: Very curious, but I am in a similar predicament. My Gran mother, 98 years old, want a computer and I am sure she would not be happy with less than a 1,5 Gz processor at least and of course the HD loaded with every top chess program available. Yes, I am also a loving man.... Fernando
