Mark? Are you autoplaying >Fritz 5 or using a hidden engine? I am playing Fritz 5 on a P II 300. Fritz 5 is an out of the box Fritz 5 with the junior 4.6 upgrade added to it. I got both Fritz 5 and Junior 4.6 from ICD and I play all games by hand. The only autoplaying I have done is with the Fritz 5 vs Junior 4.6 match. The autoplayer to do this comes with Fritz 5 as part of the program. It can not be used to play any of the ICC games. I have gotten some e-mail saying I have found a way to play Fritz 5 on ICC with the autoplayer but this is just False. Anyone who knows anything about fritz knows this can not be done. My ICC rating was made because Fritz 5 plays dame good chess. It has won against every program that fritz 5 has played on ICC. Not because I have found a way the cheat with fritz 5, but because fritz 5 is just that good. If others can not get good results with fritz 5 my guess is that the program needs a fast cpu like a P 200 mmx or better to be the top program. Unlike Rebel Fritz 5 runs Much faster on the Pentium chips then the K6 chips. And It runs much faster on the P II chips as much as 33% faster then the K6 233 running Fritz.
