Age of the universe ~ 15Gyr from Globular cluster ages plus a bit ;)
Expansion rate of the universe = c
-> volume of universe = c*(4/3)*\pi*((c*15Gyr)**3)
-> mass = 10^{53} kg
You can get a factor of a few from varying H_0 and therefore \tau (= 1/H_0) and
you could probably get a bit from saying that we're not in am \Omega=1 universe.
That's about it....
