Even TSCP is faster in avoiding Nxc4 Hiarcs also has problem in this position and if I give it all the game it can need a long time to avoid Nxc4(4 minutes on PIII800 with 64 Mbytes hash) How much time does patzer need to see that 14.Nxc4 is a losing move? If almost all the 10:25 were used to get a score for a better move like in Hiarcs's case than it seems that something is wrong in your move ordering or maybe patzer does too many extensions so it cannot get a score for another move in a short time.
