That only means that 1 the Celeron and PIII both scale badly with clockspeed and
2 that the boost you get from higher clockspeeds are minimal. And I wager that
the 1.4 GHz systems are P4 (Bad for chess) and OCd Athlons. But you are right
that a celeron at high clockspeed will win regularly to Mega CPU machines. BUT,
that doesnt change the fact that a Celeron is a sub par PIII.
