The alternative is ordering from the US and having no support, with hassles on returns... Today I just learned about Fritz and Junior claiming 1.8x speed using at least 2 processors, but the price is prohibitive for me to get a Pentium system. again, sorry about the off-topic discussion, but any suggestions or predictions are welcome. I figure if AMD can't even get DDR chipsets going, they are going to be a long while before they offer multiprocessor chipsets, mobos...etc. So if I understand you correctly, the 400FSB advertised for RDRAM is highly misleading? and specifically so for chess analysis processing speed?
