Nobody in the development team or at Ubi Soft is concerned about the playing strength of the default personality. Following Occam's Razor principle, the most likely reason for the site being down is also the real one: bureaucracy (with a decent amount of lack of communication thrown in for good measure). I wish I had better news, but at this point I have no idea when the website is going to be restored. jm
