Fundamentally nothing, just an upgrade to Fritz 6 in endgame knowledge,
positional play and more information to protect the King from King-side attacks.
However, this is only a small upgrade in this area worth about
20-30 pts. So really not much at all, IMO.

The main difference is Deep Fritz is able to utilize up to 8 processors,
Fritz 6 can't benefit in that way.

So Deep Fritzs' main difference and advantage is parallelism.

Fritz 7 when released will be a newer programm somewhat slower due to
increased positional knoweledge. Otherwise I'd expect it would be
quite similar. We'll see, by this summer or fall I'm sure.
