I think that not a and not b is right.
Dedided is a spelling mistake and Markus meant decided.

I will try to explain what I understood

1)Marcus meant to say that millenium is not going to continue to do legal
actions against chessbits.

2)I did not understand that Marcus believes that what happened is a result of
the fact that millenium chose to go to court against chessbits.

3)I understood that marcus says that what happened will cause millenium to stop
fighting chessbits in the court because they are not going to sell chess
programs in the future.
