hi all: my 9yr old niece has been selected to represent her school for the local age group events.she has n't received any formal training whatsoever in chess and practises against my old copy of chessmaster 4000.(to her dads great relief) i want to know if someone can advise me regarding the best training software for kids-(i remember reading komputer korners recommnedations on the gambitsoft site a couple of yrs back but they are no longer there. (the only ones i know of are chess academy, chess assistant, chess mentor and maurice ashley teaches chess-i'm not sure which woud be suitable for a child of her age) i wonder if someone can give me some ideas rajen
