The German pages include this "e.g." but the English pages do not. This is probably the cause of the confusion. Nevertheless, both sites point to the same, newer, service pack. Why they chose to use the same filename is beyond me. The LATER Fritz6e.zip service pack is 3.39 megs in size (as opposed to 3.37 megs.) I do remember that the Jan. 9, 2001 Fritz6e.zip service pack did not point to the "<drive letter>:\program files\chessbase\fritz6\" by default, and until I pointed it to this path, the changes were effective. -elc.
