No, that's correct. But it says that SMK will continue to develop UCI while
coorperating with Chessbase. I just wanted to point out that your statement
"Chess-Base powerd the UCI protocol, fantastic ..." isn't correct according to
the news. Chessbase and UCI are unrelated.

Actually, it's rather unlikely that it ever will be, because it would allow
people to make money on Chessbase compatible engines without giving CB a
percentage. Comparable to the WinBoard adapter mess.
