Well, I'll forgive you for your paranoia if it means anything. One thing is to complain about the quality of the software, which I believe to be legitimate in most cases considering the topical nature of this forum. Another is to discuss the lack of customer related service. The e-mail system should be sufficient to solve that kind of problem. There's no point to publishing a direct message to a specific company here IMO. Mogens.
