It's true design is for 64 bit computing and until chess programms are designed around 64 bit architectures, you may have a "White Elephant" so far as todays' chess programms are concerned. Dr. Robert Hyatt could be more infomative than I on this topic. Afterall he's been in this field for some 30 years. There are several top experts that read and post here in the field of computer chess, maybe they'll shed more light on the subject? Terry
