Subject: What if squares d1 and d8 on starting position were vacated (no queens)?

If all the same rules apply in chess, except no queens on d1 and d8 in the
starting position, would all softwares jump at least 100 points against
grandmasters?
Do you think winning would get that much harder since additional plies can be
sought by the computer?
The game would be less complex and by using additional parallel processors it
would make the machine rarely lose.
(Like I've said the GM needs "a closed game with a queen" to win.)
