I don't have much time to analyze the position thoroughly, but Black's 13...Ba6
is definitely a big mistake.  Black was apparently not aware of the danger to
his kingside.  Anyway, even before this move White was into a very powerful
attack, opening up the f- and g- files and grouping up his pieces on the
kingside.

PS:  Yes, I agree with you that the position after White's 13.Kxh2 could be a
nice test for programs.
