hi martin: sorry to have to tell you this but the pentium iv is a donkey at
playing chess. this has been posted several times in this forum as well as all
hardware forums acoss the web. your money would ahve been better spent on either
upgrading to a dual pentium 3 (cost = a new motherboard and 1 processor)or an
athlon 1.33(cost  = new motherboard and i processor)
