Our legal department has told us that people who are not employees of Ubi Soft (or are otherwise under contract with us, such as Johan) cannot "represent" our products in "official" tournaments. So, sadly, I am going to have to withdraw CM8000 from the CCT3. I thought about mentioning that ALL SORTS of tournaments that are equally "official" have been run by people using various versions of Chessmaster, but decided against it, not knowing how zealous our new legal folks at Ubi Soft might decide to be.
