Jeroen, hold your horses when you receive these warnings. Make some checking in MS, date of the file, etc or one of these days they will make you erase your word processor. A signal that you are being victim of a bad joke is this "there are still X days to erase it or else..." Real viruses are normally spreaded for inmediate action, without delay. So they increase the damage. But of course, when people just want you to destroy useful files, the trick, on the contrary, is to give some delay before rock and roll in order to explain why nothing has happened yet AND give time to increase the amount of people caught in the trap.
