The file is in the precopy1.cab cabinet file. You can extract any file from it with winzip or any unzip utility. Put it back in the C:\windows\command directory, as it's a DOS based utility to restore long filenames, e.g. after a faulty (de)installation of Winodws. Good luck. The other Jeroen
