Subject: sending chess diagrams via e-mail

Hello, does anybody know the best way to send diagram positions via email?  I
have a number of chess programs, including chessbase lite and CA 6.0, but I
can't find exactly how do do this.  I want to send a diagram position in Word,
or as some other sort of attachment.
