With CA 6.0 you can send the diagram as either Ascii art (as below) or as a
bitmap. In both cases, just right-click on the local menu of the board with the
position, and choose clipboard. There choose either Export bitmap or Export
Ascii. Then go to your document (Word or e-mail) and just paste the contents of
the clipboard (Ctrl-V). The size of the bitmap, including whether it will have
the wooden border with the coordinates, will depend only on what you have on
your screen. So if you want a bigger board to paste on the Word document,
increase the board size before Exporting it. As to the Export to Ascii, it looks
like this:

   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 8 | | | R*| | R*| | | |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 7 | | | Q*| | | P*| | |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 6 | P*| N*| | P*| | Q | P*| K*|
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 5 | | P*| | P | | | | P*|
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 4 | | | | | | | | P |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 3 | | | | B | | | | |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 2 | P | P | P | | | | | |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
 1 | | K | | R | R | | | |
   +---+---+---+---+---+---+---+---+
     a b c d e f g h

The Export bitmap with markers is in case you have highlighted squares or arrows
on the board and would like to have them appear as well.
