put your windows 98 cd in your cd rom drive. if it auto starts, and the window comes up----just x out the window. click start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information, tools, system file checker. click on "extract one file from installation disk". click on browse. double click C, WINDOWS,COMMAND,sulfnbk. now you should see "sulfnbk.exe" in the window. click start. now the extract file window should be up. click on browse. click win98se. (this will be the windows disc you put in the cd rom drive). click the + sign in front of win98se.(this should drop down) click win98. just highlight---do not click the + sign. click ok. click ok. now reboot. when back at the desktop, go to C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND you should see the file there that you deleted. right click sulfnbk.exe. under properties the file size should be 44 kb. good luck.
