Hi Hans Christian!
The first game showed a classic QG with CM having white. After the book moves
ended with 14.Qc2, Junior showed a better handling of the middle game.
CM chose the wrong plan with 20.Bd7 followed by 21.Bc6 and 22.Nxa7 winning
a pawn, but shortly afterwards losing a piece - and the game.
The second game was a Budapest gambit, where CM had black. Junior played
a nice positional setup, and after 14.Bf3 CM chose 14.-Rad8?, therbye
allowing a triple pawn on the c-file. 14,-Bb6 looks better and is more natural.
Then there was a R+B vs R+B ending, where CM steered into an opposite colored
bishop ending. But the price for this was 2 pawns. Junior then won the ending.
These two games show that CM has gross evaluation problems, which really
should concern the author.
