Please adjust the times as follows:

EDT (server time)  GMT (EDT +4)
10:00              14:00
12:20              16:20
14:40              18:40
17:00              21:00


There was a problem with daylight savings... ICC operates
off of EDT, not EST.

I have updated Volker so he can fix the web page.
