One word here towards Sarah : sure - if you can give proof that you've released exactly these settings to the public before Hubert did - you can claim this "copyright" :-)) >>Just one word concerning the results : >>the up-to-now possibly best settings from Kurt Utzinger did not acchieve ONE >>victory within 50 games on 40/120 - exept several draws. > >An accomplishment indeed as I consider CMUtzinger to be one of the best >settings. To state it without eventual doubts : not ONE word against the long and valuable work of Kurt - the settings HAVE been the best - so far, and he did a tremendeous job. But Hubert Bednorz is known w/w for many years not only to be one of the creators of the legendary "BS" tests - but as well as being the most successful maker of all kinds of CM settings. One info to the community up here : Bednorz / Schumacher will release a brandnew test, named BS 2.001, exclusively in our upcoming issue 13. Not only for this reason everybody should feel cordailly invited to visit us - once - at : http://mitglied.tripod.de/ChessBits/index.html NO way, of course, to try and drag the posters here to somewhere else - but once in awhile it's interesting to look across a "border" - in this specific case, for example. Ah yeah - the language will be understood, no doubts :-)) c/u soon ELVIS Chief editor, ChessBits
