hi this has nothing to do with the chess performance at all. as far as i know
for chess performance the pentium 4 would have to go well beyond 2ghz before it
can compete with an amd 1.33 ghz. a dual xeon4 x 1.7 would be only a bit faster
than a dual pentium 1 ghz

perhaps bob hyatt or bruce moreland would know more about this
