There are problems with this. First, your opponent would have to agree. Second, we don't know who your opponent will be, which leaves us at "no" I'm afraid. I profusely apologize, but I don't think the times are negotiable at this point. Either operate at time posted times above, find somebody else to operate, or you'll have to withdraw. I'm really very sorry...
