Your suspicions are right: KPPKNN has not been done. Only 6-man endgames done with Pawns are KRP(a2)KbBP(a3) and KQQKQP (partially). Still, the White Pawns are well advanced, so some partial computations to reach this position would not take too long. And the more Pawns there are, the finer the salami-slicing of the endgame to reduce the size of an individual endgame computation. G
