Both options can be used with the Thinking Lines window (even simultaneously!).
If you are using a personality other than Chessmaster (e.g. by making that
personality one of the players in the game), just check the appropriate "White"
or "Black" checkbox in the Thinking Lines window, and you can see that
personality's analysis.
